Refund policy

Returns 

We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your wooden picture frame.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unused, free of scratches and dents, and kept in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address.

Any packages sent back without prior return authorization will be refused.
All returns are processed within China. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, kindly contact us immediately so we can properly resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom wooden picture frames are not eligible for returns. This includes custom sizes, laser-engraved frames, and custom-painted frames.

Any frames that have been sanded, modified, assembled, or artificially damaged will not be accepted for return.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Your frame must remain unused, intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to inform you whether the refund is approved.

 If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks may require additional processing time, which is considered normal.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days following approval, please contact us via email for further assistance.
